With 2–3 years of experience, you will bridge communication between clients and internal teams, manage expectations, and contribute to growth through proactive solutioning. This on-site role offers flexible work from anywhere when possible and a supportive, refreshing work culture.

Qualifications

• With at least 2–3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere

Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh experiences and nurture strong client relationships.
• Bridge communication between clients and internal teams
• Understand clients' goals and cascade internally.
• Translate agency recommendations into actionable plans and costs.
• Manage contract negotiations, accreditation, and billing.
• Provide solutions for project challenges and monitor brand performance.
• Identify more digital opportunities for account growth.
