Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience.
• Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Audit KPIs for operations and customer interactions.
• Review and evaluate procedures across communication channels and service requests.
• Coordinate logistics audits including sample selection, documentation, and reporting.
• Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluation processes.
• Assist with SOPs, Quality Standard Definition Documents (QSDD), and quality forms.
• Analyze quality reports and develop necessary reports.
• Perform special projects such as training development or other duties.
• Flexibility to perform on-site, off-site, or remote duties as needed.
