eFlexervices is seeking a disciplined QA Support Specialist for high-volume manual testing of checkout flows across desktop and mobile. You will verify two sides of an A/B test to ensure a seamless customer journey from landing page to checkout.

The role emphasizes executing predefined flows, logging clear reproduction steps, and reporting console errors. Flexible work options include remote and hybrid setups based on location and needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of manual QA or web testing experience.
• Experience with standard e-commerce flows (Cart, Checkout, Payments).
• Ability to identify and report console errors using DevTools (detailed bug reproduction).
• Strong written English skills for bug reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• A/B Test Comparison: verify functionality across two URL-parameter variants.
• Execute predefined flows and validate happy paths (add to cart, apply GWP, checkout).
• Run high-volume tests across environments with consistency and accuracy.
• Compare behavior across URLs/environments and flag discrepancies.
• Identify and report checkout blockers and functional issues.
