Job summary

Goway Travel is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for a remote/hybrid role. You will monitor both voice/chat interactions and back-end transactions to ensure data accuracy and adherence to client SLAs.

You will provide actionable feedback and drive continuous improvement across travel-related workflows. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a BPO environment, strong attention to detail, and proficient Excel/Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a BPO/shared services environment.
• Meticulous data entry, logs, and communication records auditing.
• Proficient with MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Audit front-line customer interactions and back-end processes for data integrity and rule adherence.
• Provide structured feedback to agents and leads to reduce errors.
• Ensure compliance with client SLAs and company policies.
• Join calibration sessions to standardize scoring across workflows.
• Track quality metrics and analyze root causes of errors.
• Collaborate with ops and training to improve processes.
