Job summary

Goway Travel is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor voice, chat, and email interactions, as well as back-end transaction processing. You will audit data accuracy, deliver actionable feedback, and drive adherence to client SLAs and internal workflows.

The role focuses on identifying gaps, calibrating scoring with internal and client teams, and reporting on performance trends. Remote/hybrid flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a BPO / Shared Services environment, exposure to both customer-facing and back-end workflows preferred.
• Meticulous attention to data accuracy, with ability to audit complex entries and logs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for audit feedback and reporting.
• Proficiency navigating back-office platforms, CRM tools, or transaction databases (e.g., GDS/airline booking systems, Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new client systems, rules, and varied non-voice/voice workflows.

Responsibilities

• Audit front-line customer interactions and back-end transactions for data integrity and rule adherence.
• Provide structured feedback to agents and teams to reduce errors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client guidelines, and industry standards.
