Placements24 is seeking an experienced Python Backend Developer to join its remote-first tech team. You will design, build, and maintain robust backend services, collaborating with frontend developers and product managers to deliver scalable solutions from anywhere in Mexico.

Ideal candidates have strong Python expertise, experience with Django/Flask/FastAPI, and a solid grasp of RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud deployments. This fully remote role offers flexibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Python backend developer.
• Strong Python knowledge and core libraries.
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with front-end basics (JS/HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Git and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) desirable.
