Qualifications

• The candidate has a publication layout portfolio (magazines, visitor guides or catalogs).
• Strong Adobe InDesign skills essential for long, multi-page publications.
• Experience designing print ads to client specifications.
• Strong typography, grids, image placement, and print production attention.
• An AI-first mindset to speed up tasks without sacrificing quality.
• Reliable with deadlines and accurate hours tracking.
• Availability for at least 4 hours overlap with US Pacific Time.
• Solid written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Layout complex publications of 100+ pages in InDesign.
• Place editorial content, headlines, and photos into clean, consistent layouts.
• Manage ad placement across each publication, ensuring correct sizing and位置.
• Prepare files that are print-ready and meet production standards.
• Run traffic on design work and coordinate with the team during Pacific Time hours.
