Job summary

STAFFVIRTUAL, Inc. is seeking a Programmatic Associate to execute and optimize programmatic campaigns remotely. You will build, traffick, and QA campaigns in The Trade Desk and DV360, ensure tracking integrity, and perform regular audits to protect client budgets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose issues and implement fixes quickly. This is a remote role with a Pacific-friendly schedule and a growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in The Trade Desk.

Responsibilities

• Build campaigns in The Trade Desk and DV360 from approved briefs and templates, including budgets, flights, ad groups or line items, bid settings, frequency caps, audiences, geo targeting, and brand safety settings.
• Traffic creatives and tags, confirming correct specs, sizes, VAST/VPAID setup, click-through URLs, and UTMs.
• Set up and verify deal IDs, private marketplace deals, and inventory lists.
• Verify tracking pixels and conversion events are firing and attached correctly before launch.
• Perform daily delivery checks and spot anomalies like under-delivery or spend spikes.
• Diagnose root causes of delivery changes and propose fixes.
• Document issues with likely causes and expected impact; implement approved fixes.
• Monitor pacing to ensure budgets spend as planned; escalate when needed.
• Verify landing pages and URLs post-launch; communicate risks to seniors.
• Own audits end-to-end for assigned clients and carry out approved optimizations.
