Job summary

Rumzer in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Product Stewardship Engineer to assess environmental impact and sustainability of products across their life cycle, from design to end of life.

This is a remote position with work-from-home flexibility. Excellent English is required. Responsibilities include analyzing materials for regulatory conformance (EU RoHS, REACH, PFAS, California Prop 65, CE), preparing SDS, declarations of conformity, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical, or relevant engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in product design (electrical equipment or medical devices).
• Exposure to LCA software tools (OpenLCA preferred) is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret environmental regulations and industry practices.
