Mitratech, Inc. is seeking a hands‑on, full‑stack Product Manager to advance our Applicant Tracking System within HR Solutions. You will write requirements, run sprint execution, and fill gaps as needed, partnering with two Scrum teams to deliver against roadmap priorities.

You will translate complex business needs into actionable outcomes, working with stakeholders, customers, and engineering to drive value and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of product management, product ownership, or a hybrid PM/PO role in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to drive execution across multiple releases or initiatives, and write your own requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of product initiatives across multiple Scrum teams.
• Write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary point of contact for two Scrum teams with prioritization and rapid decision‑making.
• Manage and refine the product backlog to align with roadmap goals.
• Remove blockers and address risks to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, sales, customer success and support.
• Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform product direction.
• Define success metrics and evaluate product performance including adoption and outcomes.
• Lead sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, reviews) regularly.
• Test, validate, and iterate on features with engineering and QA.
• Present product updates and business cases to audiences.
