Job summary

Mitratech is seeking a hands-on, full-stack Product Manager to join our HR Solutions division. You will support the evolution of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by working closely with Scrum teams to own day-to-day product direction and ensure delivery of product initiatives.

This role requires 3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS and strong communication skills. You will act as the main connection between stakeholders, customers, and engineering for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or hybrid role in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to drive execution across multiple releases.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across multiple Scrum teams.
• Manage and continuously refine the product backlog.
