Qualifications

• 4+ years building data privacy programs from early stage to steady state.
• Experience with data inventory, consumer rights operations, or privacy review processes.
• Experience in US/Canada fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS is ideal.
• Strong ability to translate legal mandates into business processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the privacy program from roadmap to operating program.
• Own data map, PIAs, and privacy reviews for new products.
• Manage data access, deletion, and opt-out workflows.
• Operationalize de-identification and aggregation standards.
• Embed privacy-by-design with Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
• Socialize metrics and governance with executives and board.
