Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer (ADAM, TLF, SDTM) for remote work from India. The role requires expert SAS programming, CDISC standards familiarity, and leadership across multiple projects with a focus on SDTM/ADaM deliverables.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of Clinical SAS Programming experience, strong Base SAS and macros, and exposure to oncology data. ISS/ISE experience and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Clinical SAS Programming.
• Strong expertise in Base SAS, SAS Macros, SDTM, ADaM & TLF programming; specs creation.
• Experience with Safety & Efficacy data; oncology exposure preferred.
• ISS/ISE experience; knowledge of regulatory standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develops programs to generate tables, listings, graphs and datasets per SAS SP/programm specification.
• Performs validation programming and collaborates with biostatisticians and team members.
• Follows SOPs and regulatory guidelines; ensures documentation and QC of programs.
• Manages multiple projects, sets timelines, and communicates status to management.
• Leads programming activities and mentors junior staff as needed.
• Reviews SDTM and ADaM specifications and regulatory deliverables (e.g., DEFINE.XML).
• Participates in sponsor meetings and contributes to process improvements.
• Maintains knowledge of clinical drug development and industry standards.
