Job summary
C9 is seeking a Power Platform Consultant to work with clients on automation and digital transformation initiatives. You will identify opportunities, design, and implement RPA solutions using platforms such as Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere, while aligning with remote-first delivery and Australian hours.
You will build reusable automation components, run workshops, and guide customers through adoption, governance, and best practices, collaborating with C9's delivery teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years in RPA, automation, or digital transformation.
- Hands-on experience with one or more RPA platforms (Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify automation opportunities with clients and understand processes.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
- Build reusable automation components, workflows, and integrations.
- Conduct client workshops, demonstrations, discovery sessions, and training.
- Advise on automation strategy, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Document processes, requirements, and solution designs.
- Troubleshoot and optimise automation for reliability and performance.
- Support clients through implementation and drive adoption of automation solutions.
