Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Podcast Producer & Marketing Specialist to independently manage the production, publishing, and growth of a weekly personal development podcast. You will edit audio and video, create branded 9:16 content for Instagram and YouTube, and execute targeted email campaigns.

You will also oversee content scheduling, organize files in OneDrive, and implement audience-growth strategies to expand listeners, meeting Pacific Time deadlines with Audacity, Descript, and Canva Pro.

Qualifications

• Experienced, technically skilled, and creative with podcast production and marketing.
• Able to work independently and meet Pacific Time deadlines.
• Strong English communication and project management skills.
• Proficient with podcast publishing workflows and social media content creation.

Responsibilities

• Weekly Podcast Production & Publishing: edit audio/video, upload/schedule on RSS.com and YouTube, optimize titles/descriptions/thumbnails, verify distribution, and meet Friday 5 PM PT deadline.
• Instagram & YouTube Content: create Reels/Shorts, add hooks/subtitles, craft thumbnails and brand visuals, schedule per calendar, repurpose content.
• Podcast Marketing & Audience Growth: build strategies to grow listeners and social engagement, improve discoverability, suggest collaborations.
• Email Marketing & Lead Generation: grow email subscribers, manage signup pages, automate content.
• Quality Control & Organization: ensure branding, organize files in OneDrive, maintain content calendar, meet timelines.
• Analytics & Weekly Reporting: monitor performance, provide monthly analytics summary and weekly task reports.
