Qualifications

• Proven experience editing long-form podcast or interview-style video content.
• Hands-on ability to create short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Descript and/or Riverside.
• Excellent written English with accurate captions, transcripts, and show notes.
• Ability to produce content in a professional, polished style suited to a business audience.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Publer, Buffer, or similar.
• Dependable, careful, and able to work unsupervised.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to hit weekly deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

• Edit full-length podcast episodes in Riverside and Descript.
• Check and correct captions and transcripts for accuracy, including technical terminology.
• Produce short-form clips and highlights for social media.
• Design episode thumbnails with brand templates.
• Write and publish episode show notes in Buzzsprout, following guidelines.
• Schedule and publish weekly posts across social channels through Publer.
• Maintain consistent visual templates for all episodes and clips.
• Deliver all assets on time each week, ahead of deadlines.
• Suggest creative improvements to clips, formats, and presentation to grow reach.
