Job summary

Sagility Philippines B.V Branch is seeking a PHRN Team Lead to supervise and coach a team of patient health relations specialists. You will coordinate shifts, attendance, and payroll inputs while escalating issues to the Shift Manager and HR-SBU as needed. Focus on CPI and continuous improvement across processes.

You will also monitor performance metrics (Attendance, AHT, Productivity, Quality) and prepare annual performance assessments to guide staff development and progression within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
• Customer service orientation.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage teams and coaching.
• Attention to detail and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the PHRN team to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate shifts, attendances, leaves, and payroll input.
• Escalate issues to Shift Manager and HR-SBU as needed.
• Coach CSRs using attendance, AHT, productivity, and quality data.
• Prepare performance assessments and support staff development.
