Job summary

Sagility is seeking a PH RN Team Lead in Iloilo to guide a clinical support team delivering patient-focused care and operations. The role emphasizes effective communication, performance coaching, and adherence to healthcare compliance across shifts.

The ideal candidate will bring nursing credentials, 2+ years clinical experience, and proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems to improve service levels and team productivity while ensuring HIPAA-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate degree in Nursing
• Active nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Communicate resignations in the team and other agent concerns to HR.
• Update attendance records and coordinate with payroll.
• Coordinate shift planning and leaves with Shift Manager and Workforce team.
• Escalate Quality issues to Shift Manager.
• Coach CSRs using attendance, AHT, productivity and quality data.
• Prepare annual Performance Assessments for each CSR.
• Monitor calls, emails and other channels for adherence to policy and service levels.
• Assist in maintaining operational excellence on critical metrics such as service levels and call volumes.
