Outsourced.ph is seeking a detail-oriented pharmacist for a remote dispensing role based in the Philippines. You will support safe, accurate, and timely delivery of patient-specific medications while working with on-site staff.

Requirements include at least 3 years of pharmacy practice, active pharmacist registration in the relevant jurisdiction, and proficiency with FRED Dispense. Strong English communication and a commitment to patient safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with active registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong attention to medication safety, contraindications, interactions, and high-risk combinations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions remotely using FRED Dispense with accuracy and compliance.
• Review patient histories for potential risks and escalate concerns when needed.
• Monitor SafeScript alerts and ensure clinically sound dispensing decisions.
• Coordinate dispensing workflows to support high-volume periods.
• Collaborate with on-site pharmacists, technicians, and admins to maintain accuracy.
• Verify medication labels, instructions, and packaging align with prescriptions.
• Review formulation sheets for correct ingredients and calculations.
• Maintain meticulous records for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate clearly with team members to resolve queries and support operations.
