Outsourced.ph is seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented pharmacist to join our remote dispensing team. The role focuses on safe, accurate, and timely delivery of patient-specific medications with strong English communication and clinical judgment.

Work is conducted remotely in a structured environment, collaborating with on-site staff and administration to uphold regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy practice experience.
• Registered pharmacist in the relevant jurisdiction (Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, or other).
• Proficiency with pharmacy dispensing software (FRED Dispense only).
• Experience with compounded medications and formulation review.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote dispensing using FRED Dispense, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review patient medication histories to identify risks and escalate when needed.
• Monitor prescribing patterns and SafeScript alerts for safe dispensing.
• Assist in coordinating workflows to maintain timely turnaround in high-volume periods.
• Collaborate with on-site pharmacists and technicians to ensure accuracy across remote and in-house processes.
