Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a diligent pharmacist to join our remote dispensing team, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely delivery of patient medications using FRED Dispense.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of pharmacy practice, active pharmacist license, and strong written and spoken English. You will coordinate with on-site staff and operate within a remote/telepharmacy setup, Monday to Friday Manila time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy practice experience.
• Registered pharmacist in the Philippines or eligible jurisdiction.
• Experience with remote dispensing using FRED Dispense.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote dispensing using FRED Dispense and ensure accuracy.
• Review patient histories to identify risks and contraindications.
• Monitor SafeScript alerts and support safe dispensing decisions.
• Coordinate dispensing workflows to ensure timely turnaround.
• Collaborate with on-site pharmacists and technicians remotely.
• Verify labels, instructions, and documentation align with prescriptions.
• Review formulation sheets for ingredient and concentration accuracy.
• Maintain audit-ready records for compliance and patient safety.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve queries.
