Qualifications

• Active NP/APRN licensure or eligibility in at least one jurisdiction
• 5+ years of nursing experience
• 2+ years in an advanced practice/specialist role
• Strong clinical reasoning and escalation skills
• Experience with AI data training or healthcare editorial QA preferred

Responsabilités

• Develop AI Training Content: Create prompts and gold-standard answers aligned to the specialty.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses for correctness, safety, clarity, and relevance.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations, and bias; validate reliability across patient populations and scenarios.
