Qualifications
- 4+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or Legal Studies.
- Paralegal certification is a plus.
- Strong command of legal support workflows: intake, fact gathering, document drafting, version control.
- Experience with AI data training or editorial review preferred.
Responsabilités
- Develop AI Training Content: create prompts and gold‑standard paralegal deliverables (templates, checklists, summaries, drafting examples).
- Optimize AI Performance: evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy, clarity, formatting, and usefulness.
- Ensure Model Integrity: test AI outputs for inaccuracies, confidentiality risks, and bias; validate reliability across use cases.
