Job summary

Xapply in the Philippines is seeking a Performance & Brand Video Editor (Paid & Organic) for a full-time, remote role. The position focuses on high-volume organic brand social content and paid creative (Meta and TikTok) for premium lifestyle accounts.

You will edit across brand channels, craft hooks and variants, and format static assets using Figma or Photoshop. Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, strong English communication, and brand guideline discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Brand pedigree: proven experience with established brands and formal brand guidelines.
• Performance creative fluency: understanding paid social ad mechanics and testing hooks.
• Multi-format execution: ability to deliver video, static carousels, and GIFs.
• Technical proficiency: fluent in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve and Photoshop or Figma.
• Strong written English for professional communication and brand briefs.
• Hardware requirements: capable editing on 4K multicam with adequate RAM and GPUs.

Responsibilities

• Edit organic short-form content across multiple brand channels at volume.
• Cut, iterate, and stage paid ad concepts for Meta and TikTok with hooks and variants.
• Design static assets, carousels, and GIFs to brand specs using Figma or Photoshop.
• Follow client briefs and brand books with strict approval workflows.
• Maintain file taxonomy and delivery notes for every asset.
• Cover gaming/hype editor duties during high-volume pushes.
