We are looking for a Video Editor and Performance Creative Producer to turn product truth, founder perspective, and customer content into high-performing videos. You will own video editing and short-form creative production across organic social, paid media, product pages, marketplaces, and launch campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Production: Short-form editing for Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, Meta ads, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and marketplace video.
• Performance Marketing: Build creative variants focusing on hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, subtitles, and calls to action.
• Content Management: Manage creator and UGC repurposing, ensuring brand consistency and usage rights compliance.
• Asset System: Maintain a modular system for project files, naming conventions, templates, and version control.
• Performance Loop: Review analytics (hook rate, ROAS, click-through rate) to influence future creative tests.

Required Technical Skills

• Professional capability in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Working ability in Adobe After Effects (or similar) for typography and motion graphics.
• Strong command of CapCut for fast-turnaround vertical video workflows.
• Ability to integrate approved AI tools for ideation, transcription, and production support.
