GrowthPair in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Video Editor to transform raw footage into high-quality content. You will edit, optimize for social formats, and enhance with graphics and effects.

You will collaborate with the team, maintain timelines, and produce engaging videos for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, while ensuring standards and best practices for social media are applied. This is a remote full-time role paying in USD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Video Editor or in a related role.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of content types.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Experience creating content for social media, with platform-specific best practices.
• Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ET).

Responsibilities

• Transform raw footage into engaging and visually appealing content.
• Produce short-form videos for formats like Reels, TikTok and Shorts.
• Add graphics, transitions and effects to increase viewer engagement.
• Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute new content ideas.
• Review drafts to ensure final edits meet aesthetic and technical standards.
