• Assist with event planning and promotion as part of marketing.
• Monitor posting schedules to avoid gaps.
• Manage client selections and procurement in Buildertrend.
• Keep project schedules and daily logs updated in Buildertrend.
• Update client portal with current information and documents.
• Track allowances across active projects and flag discrepancies.
• Coordinate dumpster orders and logistics for active sites.
• Pull permits and ensure approvals before work starts.
• Gather subcontractor/vendor quotes for comparison.
• Follow up on outstanding items to keep projects moving.
• Act as a reliable operational resource for the owner.
