Job summary

D2B is seeking a Paraplanner / Senior Executive Assistant to act as the financial planner’s trusted operations partner. This role combines paraplanning expertise with proactive executive support, ownership of client workflows, and end-to-end review management, enabling the planner to focus on strategic client conversations and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years supporting an Australian financial planning, wealth management, or financial services practice.
• Practical experience in paraplanning: preparing/supporting SOAs, ROAs, Ongoing Service Agreements with Australian compliance.
• Hands-on experience with AdviserLogic and CRM/workflow systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong organizational, prioritization, and proactive follow-up abilities.
• High degree of accuracy and autonomy in handling sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client review calendar and scheduling (Zoom/Meet) with reminders.
• Prepare client files and meeting packs; conduct strategy research and liaise with accountants for SMSF documents.
• Draft and update SOAs, ROAs, and Ongoing Service Agreements; generate insurance quotes.
• Coordinate implementation of financial advice; track applications with insurers and providers.
• Maintain compliant records in AdviserLogic and Google Drive; uphold file naming/version-control standards.
• Provide proactive executive support and refine templates, checklists, and workflows.
