Job summary

D2B seeks a Paraplanner for AU/NZ clients in a fully remote role from the Philippines. You will prepare SOAs/ROAs, conduct research, and ensure documents align with client goals and regulatory requirements across AU/NZ markets.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, analyzing client data, and supporting advisers with presentations, while maintaining compliance and CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2 years of proven Paraplanner experience (AU/NZ focused)
• Knowledge of AU/NZ financial planning standards
• Experience in preparing SOAs and ROAs
• Familiarity with ASIC guidelines and AU/NZ compliance
• Proficiency with planning software and CRMs (Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter)
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High level of organization and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Prepare SOAs and ROAs per AU/NZ compliance standards
• Research financial products, strategies and market trends
• Analyze client data: assets, liabilities, cash flow, risk profiles
• Develop tailored strategies across superannuation, investments and retirement planning
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with client objectives
• Liaise with advisers, admins and external providers
• Review and update existing financial plans during annual reviews
• Maintain client records in CRM systems
• Support advisers with client presentations and review packs
• Stay updated on AU/NZ regulatory changes and best practices
