Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of paralegal or similar admin experience, strong research skills, and proficiency with Claude AI and Google applications.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar admin role within a legal or professional services environment.
Proficient with Claude AI and Google applications.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Experience using legal research tools.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and research support including drafting reports, organising files, and maintaining electronic records.
Assist with preparation of Expert Witness Reports, Tender Reviews, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research to support the team.
Keep up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Contribute to process and procedure improvements within the company.
