Job summary

Virtuestaff is seeking a high-energy Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid media and organic social content for our clients in the Philippines. You will own the full social lifecycle, from Canva posts to launching and optimizing ad campaigns across major platforms.

Use SEMrush and analytics to drive data-driven strategies, improving ROAS for home services clients. Construction/home services experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Direct experience creating content or managing ads for construction/home services is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to balance creative content with analytical paid media performance.
• Deep understanding of paid media funnels and ad targeting mechanics.
• Proficiency in Canva for rapid asset design and editing.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, setup, execution, and optimization of paid ad campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Ideate, write, and visually design organic social posts using Canva.
• Develop organic and paid media strategies aligned with growth goals and sales funnels.
• Use SEMrush for keyword research, competitor ad audits, and targeting refinement.
• Monitor ROAS and CPL, report insights, and tweak creatives to boost performance.
