Job summary

RELX Philippines is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across major platforms. You will create engaging content, monitor audience interactions, and collaborate with the Digital Team to optimize paid campaigns and drive brand engagement.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, strong storytelling, and proficiency with analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of hands-on social media marketing experience.
• Demonstrated success managing social accounts and campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Experience in B2C and/or B2B brands.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing integration.
• Familiarity with paid social advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) and A/B testing.
• Strong written and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Buffer; Google Analytics is a plus).
• Experience with basic graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy.
• Excellent time management, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
