Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC is seeking a Paid Ads Video Editor to own the editing and post-production of our paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll transform raw footage into high-converting ads, managing variations and ensuring brand-consistent visuals.

You’ll work remotely and collaborate with the Growth team to optimize hooks, pacing, captions, and aspect ratios for peak performance. You’ll operate on US Eastern Time business hours, with a fast turnaround for high-volume

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience editing paid social ads for direct-response formats.

Responsibilities

• Paid Social Ad Editing: Edit high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other paid channels.
• Structured Variation Testing: Cut multiple hook, body, and CTA variations for structured testing.
• Performance-Driven Iteration: Translate learnings on watch time, hook rate, CTR, ROAS into sharper edits.
• Post-Production Craft: Own the full edit including pacing, sound, captions, motion graphics, and color correction.
