WeAssist is hiring a Paid Ads Graphic Designer to fuel its fast-scaling performance marketing engine. This is a specialized ad‑creative role—from briefs, offers, and messaging into static, carousel, and animated ads built to perform on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), remotely and consistently.

You will collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to produce fresh variations for testing, maintain a steady pipeline of high‑quality ads, and ensure compliance with Meta specs and policies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing ad creative for Facebook and Instagram paid campaigns.
• Strong portfolio of static, carousel, and animated ad creative.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing static, carousel, and animated ad creative for Meta campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative Director to translate briefs into on-brand, conversion-focused ads.
• Create Spanish ad variants when needed and ensure copy/layout alignment.
