Job summary

Pearl Talent is seeking a Packaging Designer for a consumer-focused brand client. You will own packaging design end-to-end, from concept through production, shaping how consumers encounter the brand on shelf and in unboxing moments.

You will also art-direct product launches and campaigns, and create retail and point-of-sale assets while maintaining consistency with the core packaging system. This fully remote role supports international collaborations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of packaging design, brand design, or creative direction experience.
• Portfolio showing packaging design and visual systems across consumer categories (electronics, wellness, lifestyle, or CPG).
• Knowledge of packaging structures, materials, and print production (dielines, substrates, inks).
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for packaging/brand production.
• Proven ability to extend brand identity across packaging, retail, and marketing touchpoints.
• Experience directing product launches, campaigns, or packaging refreshes.
• English at CEFR level C1+.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging design from concept through production to retail-ready files.
• Design packaging for electronics, wellness, lifestyle, and other consumer categories.
• Oversee packaging production to ensure accuracy and retail readiness.
• Align structural, material, and print specs with vendors and production partners.
• Translate brand strategy into packaging and visual systems across channels.
• Mentor junior designers and provide production-focused feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and external partners.
