Job summary
AllianceIT is seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Payroll & Benefits Technical Consultant for a 100% remote role. You will develop, integrate, and support US Payroll interfaces using SQL/PLSQL, RICE components, and APIs. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong problem-solving in a complex payroll environment.
The role focuses on technical development, interface management, and thorough documentation to ensure compliant and robust payroll solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Oracle EBS Payroll & Benefits expertise for US payroll.
- Hands-on development of RICE components for Payroll & Benefits.
- Experience with interfaces and integrations to HR/Finance systems.
- Proficient in SQL/PLSQL and Oracle EBS APIs for payroll.
- Ability to write and debug Payroll formulas and interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Payroll & Benefits solutions via coding and configuration.
- Design, build, and manage interfaces between Oracle EBS Payroll and other systems.
- Troubleshoot payroll interfaces, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
- Prepare test scripts and document technical specifications for interfaces.
