Job summary

STAFF X is seeking an Operations and Customer Support Officer to act as the backbone of a fast-moving customer experience function. You will handle inbound calls, provide reception coverage, coordinate across departments, and progressively take on structured smoke alarm triage responsibilities from day 60.

From day one you will navigate GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Microsoft tools, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one CRM platform and ability to learn multiple systems quickly.
• Proven track record in customer-facing support or operations administration.
• Calm under pressure with de-escalation skills and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from property managers, real estate agencies, landlords, tenants, and homeowners with professionalism.
• Provide reception coverage and route inquiries to the right team when needed.
• Become proficient in GoHighLevel, Servicemate, Rent Safe, SharePoint, and Outlook within 30 days.
• Assist with data reporting and filing, flag important information to operations or sales.
• From day 60, manage Tier 1 and 2 smoke alarm triage using scripts and escalate as required.
• Coordinate across operations, technical support, and sales to keep information flowing.
• Manage work orders and update job statuses, informing stakeholders of progress.
