Sourcefit is seeking an Offshore Administration, Reporting & Business Support Coordinator to provide admin, reporting and insights across the business. The role blends coordination, business support and analytics, with a strong focus on Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills required.
• Experience delivering operational, supply chain and business performance reports.
• Able to convert data into actionable insights and present them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly and monthly operational and supply chain reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Create executive-ready visualisations and performance reporting packs.
• Maintain reporting databases, spreadsheets and reporting standards.
• Support business reviews with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and manage shared inboxes and business requests.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel and visitor management activities.
