Outsource Access, Inc. is seeking an analytical System Operations Specialist (Odoo) to manage daily administration, configure modules, and ensure data integrity across the Odoo ERP.

You’ll begin by overseeing core functions and aligning processes with business goals. As you prove your expertise, you’ll lead new module implementations, develop comprehensive dashboards, and drive process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP operations.
• Strong functional expertise with Odoo core modules—Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Proven ability to analyze business workflows and align them with ERP functionality and best practices.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience developing reports and dashboards to track performance.
• Business-focused mindset; proficiency in Python or PostgreSQL is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration, configuration, and performance of the Odoo ERP system.
• Lead module rollouts, user training sessions, and adoption initiatives to drive system-wide adoption and proficiency.
• Continuously identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within Odoo to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with company standards across all modules.
• Translate business requirements from leadership into scalable ERP workflows and configurations.
