• Summarize new documents and injury details in the case file.
• Attach job description to the file when available.
• Provide a summary of work status and attach forms.
• Record treatment providers' information (name, specialty, contact).
• Prepare and send pre-appointment letters to medical providers.
• Import savings data from ancillary services for final report.
• Perform other duties as needed.
