Job summary

Vault Cloud is seeking a Network Engineering Lead to guide a team of network engineers from the Philippines, delivering high-performance, automated cloud networks. You will shape technical direction, ensure rigorous peer-code reviews, and drive fast PoCs for new technologies.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on expertise in Terraform, Ansible and Python, with strong networking and hybrid/private cloud experience, and a proven track record leading engineering squads.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of network engineers and foster a collaborative culture.
• Enforce Code Standards: Govern designs and enforce infrastructure peer-code reviews.
• Drive Automation: Build core cloud solutions and run PoCs for emerging tech.
• Optimise Agile Delivery: Break down network initiatives into epics and align with release trains.
• Govern Deliverables: Monitor resources against SLAs/SLOs and allocate talent.
