Job summary

Apply Superstaffjobs is seeking a versatile Visual & Technical Producer to drive our podcast and brand visuals. You will be the in-studio technical expert, set up multi-cam shoots, manage lighting, audio, and camera operation, and ensure seamless sessions on location.

You will plan, shoot, and edit long-form and short-form video content for podcasts and campaigns, design digital assets, and oversee archiving and file management. Collaboration with Marketing teams ensures on-brand results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts or related field.
• 1–2 years in video production or content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Experience in video shooting including camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and current video trends.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize and work towards being the visual and technical expert for the podcast and company brand.
• Set up, operate, and maintain video, audio, and lighting equipment for multi-cam in-studio recordings and on-location shoots.
• Plan, produce, and edit high-quality long-form and short-form video content for podcasts, social media, and events.
• Design and produce digital assets across marketing channels and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Organize, manage, label, and securely back up all raw footage and project files for seamless handoffs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and partners to align on narrative flow and timely delivery of quality outputs.
