Job summary

Digivizer is seeking an experienced Motion & Video Designer to lead concept to final delivery of engaging animations across social and digital platforms. The role spans motion design, video editing, storytelling, and AI-assisted production.

Strong English communication, a multi-brand background, and a robust portfolio are essential. The position is full-time with 5 days remote work and occasional Manila face-to-face days, aligned to Sydney, Australia timezone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in motion graphics design.
• Experience in an advertising agency or handling multiple brands/clients is a strong advantage.
• Strong portfolio with published work on social media.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Media Encoder; Audition basics).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Magnific, RunwayML, Higgsfield, GPT Image 2, Seedance, Kling).
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading and 3D apps like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand and campaign objectives into compelling video and motion concepts.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, mood boards, and visual references as needed.
• Create hooks, narratives, pacing, and CTAs for social and digital audiences.
• Collaborate with Creative Lead and Account Managers to present concepts.
• Produce video and motion content for social, paid media, and branded campaigns.
• Edit and craft visual narratives with pacing, transitions, typography, and VFX.
• Combine footage, graphics, 3D, and AI assets into cohesive content.
• Apply composition, timing, and storytelling principles across formats.
• Manage multiple client deliverables from concept to final delivery.
• Develop reusable animation systems and templates for efficiency.
• Utilize AI-assisted workflows (image-to-video, AI generation) when appropriate.
