Beepo in the Philippines is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement MLOps infrastructure, enabling fast experimentation and safe production deployment.

You will build tooling for model versioning, monitoring, and feedback loops; mentor teams, and collaborate across disciplines while working remotely on a day shift.

Qualifications

• Strong Python engineering skills with production experience.
• Broad experience in ML engineering including deployment and maintenance of ML solutions.
• Hands-on data and ML pipelines using modern tooling.
• Good understanding of software engineering practices (version control, testing).
• Experience with ML workflows from development through production support.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps libraries and workflows.
• Familiarity with model monitoring and experiment tracking.
• Experience with AWS or GCP data/compute services.
• Containerisation with Docker.
• Familiarity with IaC tools and practices.
• Exposure to deploying ML models in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MLOps infrastructure for rapid experimentation and reliable production.
• Build tooling for model versioning, evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops.
• Introduce structured experimentation and reproducibility frameworks.
• Automate LLM prompt pipelines and integrate into production safely.
• Drive best practices for model lifecycle management, performance, and monitoring.
• Mentor peers in MLOps and engineering best practices; foster cross-functional collaboration.
