Job summary

GCash in the Philippines seeks an experienced MLOps Engineer to own the full lifecycle of production ML models and data pipelines. You will monitor performance, diagnose issues, and ensure high-availability model serving across APIs.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to automate CI/CD for ML workflows, optimize infrastructure costs, and maintain runbooks and SOPs for reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Production MLOps experience with model deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to triage incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Strong debugging and scripting skills in Python.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD for ML systems.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monitoring and upkeep of production ML models and data pipelines.
• Ensure robust model serving with scalable APIs and observability.
• Collaborate to implement CI/CD pipelines for ML deployments.
• Reduce incidents by implementing alarms, runbooks, and SOPs.
• Optimize serving infra using cloud platforms and containers.
• Create and maintain external-facing documentation of MLOps processes.
