Job summary

Teresa Marble Corporation is seeking a Mining Engineer to lead planning, development, and supervision of mining operations. You will manage mining plans, oversee environment and safety programs, and coordinate with remote-site teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mining Engineering, familiarity with AutoCAD and mining equipment, strong leadership and communication, and readiness to work in remote locations. ESG and ISO reporting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience managing teams in remote locations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Management and creating / executing a mining plan
• Development Work
• Supervision of environmental programs and oversees social programs
• Creating a Safety Program
• Government and other companies related to mining operations (Tenement Works).
• Assist in reportorial mandatory E.S.G requirement and ISO.
• To Act as MEPEO.
• To be trained as Safety Engineer.
