Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mining safety regulations, protocols, and best practices
• Understanding of mining equipment, processes, and operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of health and safety management systems and incident reporting
• Competency in basic computer skills and operating software systems
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work night shifts and weekends
• Relevant certifications in mining operations, first aid, or occupational safety are advantageous
