Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Non-RN Medical Coder to work from home. The role requires at least 3 years of medical coding experience and an active medical coder license (CPC or CIC). Successful candidates will review medical records and assign correct coding.

Qualifications

• Active Medical Coder License (CPC or CIC) is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of medical coding experience is necessary.
• For PHRN Coders: at least 12 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation.
• Accurately assign CPT, HCPCS, and ICD codes based on documentation.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Maintain high levels of coding accuracy and productivity.
• Adhere to HIPAA and data privacy policies.
