Rockstar is hiring a full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal team. You will source and screen Medical Billing Specialists for US healthcare practices and own end-to-end processes from outreach to onboarding.

With 5+ years of hands-on billing experience, you will assess candidate fit, coordinate interviews, and provide clear recommendations. This full-time remote role supports growth across partner sites and billing platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on medical billing covering the full revenue cycle.
• Strong working knowledge of payer requirements and denial reasons.
• Ability to explain billing workflows clearly and assess candidate answers.
• Comfort running live screening calls and asking follow-up questions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through across many candidates and roles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified medical billing and RCM candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Write and update job postings to reflect partner needs.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of-ready candidates for placements.
• Track candidate activity, status, and notes in the ATS.
• Review resumes for real billing experience and relevant scope.
• Conduct screening calls and assess claim workflows, denials, and A/R knowledge.
• Provide written recommendations on each candidate's strengths and readiness.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and next steps with candidates and partners.
• Support offers, onboarding handoff, and replacement searches as needed.
• Help improve billing assessments and share hiring trends with leadership.
