Job summary

Ninja Partners is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to own the marketing operations backbone, creating workflows, timelines, and SOPs to ensure campaigns and events run on time and on brand.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, drive accountability, and manage asset production from concept to delivery. This hybrid role leverages Asana, Monday.com, and Jira to keep projects moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years in marketing operations, project or program management, or similar coordination role.
• Hands-on proficiency with Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders without dropping details.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors, freelancers, or agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines using project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
• Facilitate daily/weekly standups and kickoff sessions to align stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and resource constraints; proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Create SOPs for asset creation, review processes, and campaign launches.
• Coordinate end-to-end production of marketing collateral and assets with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage timelines for promotional programs, webinars, trade shows, client events, and campaigns.
• Maintain organized digital asset management (DAM) repositories with up-to-date assets and templates.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and meet KPIs.
